Funnel Analytics
The funnel analytics dashboard gives you a visual representation of your entire sales pipeline — from the first client message to the final transaction.
Main Funnel View
The funnel overview shows each stage with the number of clients currently in it. At a glance, this tells you:
- How many active leads you have at each stage of the process
- Whether any stage is unusually large (a potential bottleneck)
- How your current pipeline compares to previous periods
Stage Detail
Clicking on any stage opens a detailed view showing:
- A list of every client currently in that stage
- How long each client has been there
- Who moved them into the stage and when
- The reason recorded at the time of the move (if logged)
This makes it easy to audit stale leads — for example, clients who have been in "Visit Scheduled" for an unusually long time without any progress.
Conversion Rates
The funnel dashboard calculates the conversion rate between each pair of adjacent stages:
"Of all clients who reached the 'Visit Completed' stage, 35% moved forward to 'Proposal Sent'."
Low conversion at a specific transition is a signal to investigate. Common causes include:
- Follow-up messages after the visit aren't compelling enough
- Pricing becomes an obstacle at proposal stage
- Clients aren't being contacted quickly enough after showing interest
Time in Stage
Remo tracks how long each client spends in every stage. The average dwell time per stage is displayed on the analytics page. Unusually long times in a stage can indicate:
- A lack of agent follow-up
- A step in the process that needs attention
- Leads that should be moved to a "Not Interested" category to keep the pipeline clean
Date Range Filters
Filter funnel analytics by:
- Date range — last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or a custom range
- Individual stage — drill down into a specific stage for a detailed breakdown
- Funnel version — if you've modified your funnel stages, historical data for prior configurations remains accessible
