Dashboard Guide
The Remo dashboard is your central command center for managing your WhatsApp bot, monitoring client conversations, and configuring your settings. This guide walks you through every section so you know exactly where everything is.
Navigating the Dashboard
After logging in, you'll land on your Projects Hub — a list of every project you have access to. Pick one to enter that project's workspace.
Inside a project, the left sidebar groups every page into six sections:
| Section | What It's For |
|---|---|
| Communication | Day-to-day client interactions: chats, meetings, agents, and imported leads |
| Analytics | KPIs, sales funnels, and lead status pipelines |
| AI Intelligence | How the AI classifies leads and where you override its behavior |
| Management | Catalog, training files, project images, and master plans |
| Configuration | Scheduling, integrations, the WhatsApp connection, and AI settings |
| Billing | Credit packages and consumption tracking (plan-dependent) |
Each item in the sidebar opens a dedicated page covered in detail in this guide.
Pages by Section
Communication
- Chats — every WhatsApp conversation, with filters, a full composer, and per-chat actions
- Schedulings — every meeting your team has booked, past and upcoming
- Internal Chat — talk to your own bot without messaging a real number
- Bots — a placeholder; AI behavior is controlled from Advanced settings
- Agents — your role, your availability, and the chats routed to you
- External Leads — leads imported from your CRM, ad campaigns, or web forms
Analytics
- Overview — headline KPIs (leads, meetings, sales, AI vs. human reply rate) and conversation trends
- Funnels — design and monitor your sales funnels and conversion rates
- Statuses — define and assign custom lead statuses
AI Intelligence
- Categories — let the AI auto-classify each lead so your team can focus on the right ones
- Keyword Rules — override what the bot does when a specific word or phrase appears
Management
The Management section lists four entry points — Catalog, Training, Images, and Master plans:
- Catalog — your products, properties, or listings (with CSV import and drag-to-reorder)
- Training files, project images, and master plans — the content library the bot draws on, including the image categories that let it send exactly the photo a client asked for
Configuration
- Communication — scheduling, quick replies, WhatsApp templates, client data collection, and integrations
- Advanced — the WhatsApp connection, AI prompts, routes and capabilities, project characteristics, campaign detection, alerts, and the danger zone
- High-Priority Alerts — get told when the bot or the connection is in trouble
Billing (plan-dependent)
The Billing section is hidden for child projects — they inherit billing from their parent project.
The Topbar
The top of every page contains:
- Project switcher — jump between projects
- Notifications bell — alerts for new chats, escalations, and connection issues
- Locale selector — switch the dashboard language between English and Spanish
- User menu — your profile, subscription, sign out
Multiple Projects
If you manage multiple properties, locations, or brands, each can be set up as a separate project in Remo. Use the project switcher in the topbar to move between them.
Each project has its own:
- Dedicated WhatsApp connection
- AI prompts, routes, and project characteristics
- Client list and conversation history
- Analytics, funnels, and lead statuses
- Catalog, master plans, and training files
- Team members and roles
If your business operates multiple developments or service locations, setting up a separate project for each gives you clean, independent data and tailored bot behavior for each one.
