Dashboard Guide
The Remo dashboard is your central command center for managing your WhatsApp bot, monitoring client conversations, and configuring your settings. This guide walks you through every section so you know exactly where everything is.
Navigating the Dashboard
After logging in, you'll land on the main project overview. The left sidebar contains links to all the main sections:
| Section | What It's For |
|---|---|
| Overview | Summary metrics and a quick snapshot of your project's activity |
| Chats | Every WhatsApp conversation with your clients |
| Configuration | Bot behavior, response timing, active hours, and AI settings |
| Analytics | Sales funnel tracking, sentiment trends, and performance data |
| Credits & Usage | Message credit balance and consumption history |
| Team / Management | Your agents and team members |
| WAHA / Connection | WhatsApp connection status and setup |
Main Dashboard Cards
The overview page displays a summary of your bot's current activity. Here is what each card represents:
Total Clients
The total number of unique contacts who have sent a message to your WhatsApp number. This grows over time as new people reach out.
Active Conversations
Conversations where a client has sent a message recently and the bot has responded. This gives you a live snapshot of current engagement.
Meetings Scheduled
The total number of appointments successfully booked through the bot's automatic scheduling feature.
Bot Status
A clear indicator showing whether your WhatsApp connection is active and the bot is currently operational. If this shows a warning, check the WAHA or API connection section.
Follow-ups Pending
The number of inactive clients who are queued to receive an automated follow-up message from the bot.
Agent Assignments
Conversations that have been handed off to a human agent and are waiting for a response.
Multiple Projects
If you manage multiple properties, locations, or brands, each can be set up as a separate project in Remo. Use the project selector at the top of the dashboard to switch between them.
Each project has its own:
- Dedicated WhatsApp connection
- Bot configuration and personality
- Client list and conversation history
- Analytics and funnel
If your business operates multiple developments or service locations, setting up a separate project for each gives you clean, independent data and tailored bot behavior for each one.
