Why Analytics Matter
Analytics help you answer critical business questions:
- "Where in our funnel are we losing the most leads?"
- "Are clients satisfied with their visit experience?"
- "Is our follow-up strategy actually converting inactive leads?"
- "Which days and times generate the most inquiries?"
- "How fast is our bot responding compared to last month?"
Use these insights to refine your bot's configuration, improve your team's follow-up strategy, and make confident, data-driven decisions.
