Analytics Overview

Remo automatically collects and organizes data from every client interaction. The analytics dashboard gives you a clear view of your WhatsApp communication performance, lead pipeline health, and client satisfaction — all in one place.

What Data Is Collected?

Conversation & Engagement Data

  • Total messages sent and received
  • Number of new leads by day, week, and month
  • Bot response rates and timing
  • Conversations handled fully by the bot vs. escalated to a human agent
  • Voice messages received and transcribed

Client Sentiment

  • Sentiment distribution — how many clients are Interested, Neutral, Uninterested, or Frustrated
  • Changes in sentiment over time for individual clients
  • Which clients are ready for a proactive agent outreach

Follow-up Performance

  • How many leads re-engaged after a follow-up message
  • Follow-up open and response rates
