Credits & Usage

The Credits & Usage section gives you full visibility into how many message credits your account has and how they are being consumed over time.

What Are Credits?

Credits are the unit of consumption in Remo. Each time the bot engages with a client — processing their message, generating a response, running a product search, or transcribing a voice message — a small number of credits is used. Credits ensure the platform runs efficiently and that usage is tracked transparently for all accounts.

What Uses Credits?

Credits are consumed by the following activities:

Viewing Your Usage

The Usage dashboard displays:

Running Low on Credits

When your credit balance falls below a minimum threshold, you'll receive a notification. You can top up credits directly from the Credits section in the dashboard.

caution

If your credits run out completely, the bot will stop responding until the balance is replenished. Keep an adequate buffer, especially during peak inquiry periods.

Subscription Plans

Your subscription plan determines:

  • The number of credits included each month
  • Whether unused credits carry over to the next month
  • Access to specific premium features

Contact your Remo account manager to review your current plan or discuss an upgrade if your usage is regularly approaching the limit.
