Location Information

Remo can share your business location details with clients directly through WhatsApp whenever they ask where to find you or where a scheduled appointment will take place.

What Gets Shared

When a client asks for your address or directions, the bot sends:

  • Location name — the name of the office, showroom, or site (e.g., "Main Sales Office", "Phase 2 Show Suite")
  • Full address — the complete street address
  • Description — any helpful notes, such as parking instructions, which entrance to use, or nearby landmarks

If you have multiple locations, the bot lists all enabled ones.

Managing Your Locations

Locations are managed in the Configuration section under Scheduling Configuration. For each location you can:

  • Set a name, full address, and description
  • Enable or disable the location (disabled locations won't be shared with clients)
  • Add GPS coordinates for clients who want to navigate directly from their phone

Example Conversation

Client: "Where is your office?"

Bot: "We have two locations where you can meet us:

📍 Main Sales Office — 123 Business Avenue, Tower B, Floor 3. Open Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm. Parking available in the building's underground garage.

📍 Development Site — 456 Project Road, Entrance Gate 2. Show room visits by appointment only."

Integration With Scheduling

Locations are also used by the booking system. When a client schedules a meeting, the bot includes the address of the appointment location in the confirmation message.

If a client later asks "where is the meeting?", the bot will provide the address of their booked appointment directly.
