Product & Listing Search
Remo can present your products, properties, or offerings directly in WhatsApp conversations. When a client asks what's available, the bot searches your catalog and presents the most relevant results — all without the client having to visit a website.
How It Works
When a client asks about available options — for example, "Do you have any 2-bedroom apartments under $200,000?" — the bot:
- Understands the request and extracts the relevant filters (size, price, rooms, building, etc.)
- Searches your catalog using both structured filters and intelligent semantic matching
- Presents the best matches directly in the chat as a short, readable summary of each result
Supported Search Filters
The bot can filter your catalog by:
| Filter | Example Client Phrases |
|---|---|
| Number of rooms | "3 bedrooms", "studio", "1-bedroom unit" |
| Floor area / size | "around 100 square meters", "large apartment" |
| Price range | "under $300k", "between $150,000 and $250,000" |
| Building or phase | "Tower A", "Block B", "Phase 2" |
Clients don't need to use exact terminology. The bot understands natural, conversational language.
How Results Are Presented
The bot sends a numbered list of matching options, each with a brief summary of the key details — name, size, rooms, and other relevant information. The display order is set by your team in the product catalog.
Selecting a Listing
Once the bot shows a numbered list, clients can simply reply with the number of the listing they want to know more about:
Bot: "Here are 3 options that match your criteria:
- Unit 301 — 2 bedrooms, 85 m²
- Unit 205 — 2 bedrooms, 92 m²
- Unit 412 — 2 bedrooms, 78 m²"
Client: "Tell me more about option 2."
Bot: [Provides full details for Unit 205]
What Happens If Nothing Matches Exactly?
If no listings match the client's exact filters, the bot presents the closest available options rather than saying there's nothing — ensuring the conversation stays productive and the client stays engaged.

- Key specifications (area, rooms, price, building)
