Media Sharing

Remo can send images, PDF documents, and floor plans directly to clients through WhatsApp — automatically and on demand, based on what each client asks for.

Types of Media

Your project's photo gallery is available to any client who asks. When a client wants to see images of your development, property, or product, the bot sends the full gallery.

Example triggers:

"Can you show me some photos?" "I'd like to see images of the project." "Do you have any pictures?"

The bot sends all available images in sequence, preceded by a short introductory message.

PDF Documents & Brochures

If you have brochures, spec sheets, pricing tables, or other PDF documents, the bot can send up to 5 documents at a time.

Example triggers:

"Do you have a brochure?" "Can you send me more information?" "I'd like the specs sheet."

Each document is sent as a secure, time-limited link. This keeps your files protected and ensures clients always receive the most up-to-date version.

Floor Plans & Masterplans

Floor plans or masterplan PDFs for your development are handled as a separate category, distinct from general brochures. This is useful when clients are specifically interested in unit layouts or the overall site plan.

Example triggers:

"Can you send me the floor plan?" "Do you have the masterplan?" "I'd like to see the layout."

What Happens If No Media Is Available?

If a client asks for photos or documents and none have been uploaded yet, the bot gracefully informs the client that the materials aren't available at the moment, and offers an alternative — such as scheduling a visit or speaking with an agent.

Managing Your Media Library

Media is managed by your Remo administrator through the dashboard. Contact your account manager to:

  • Upload or replace photos in the gallery
  • Add, update, or remove PDF documents
  • Upload or update the floor plan or masterplan
Keep Your Media Up to Date

Outdated brochures or old photos can create a poor impression. Review your media library regularly — especially when launching new phases, updating pricing, or making changes to your project.
